Gregory Heinrichs

Greg assists his clientele in defining their valuation needs and acts as a liaison between them and CVA’s professional staff. He aids in developing strategies for resolving value-based issues, helps implement analyses, and facilitates report preparation and review.
In serving clients, Greg draws upon extensive experience in the valuation industry. During the past thirty years, he has established New York offices for various boutique valuation firms, assisted corporate managers, commercial bankers, investment bankers, private equity funds, attorneys, and accountants in matters related to lending, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, taxes and lease financing.
Greg has originated and managed appraisal and financial valuation studies for many industries, including telecommunications, semiconductor manufacturing, automotive manufacturing, publishing, petroleum refining, private investment funds, medical services and devices, commercial real estate, and mining.
Greg holds a master’s degree in business administration from Rutgers University. His under-graduate degree is also from Rutgers.
In his spare time Greg is an avid billiards player and restores Porsche sports cars.
