Following the Business Valuation Standards as established by the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) and the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice as set forth by the Appraisal Foundation, our focus is on providing competent, unbiased and timely valuation services to our clients. In formulating our value conclusions, we remain aware of the potential for dispute and strive to provide value conclusions that are supportable in a court of law.

When undertaking an assignment, an assessment is made as to how we can best serve that client. We consider the factors pertinent to the particular assignment including the person(s) within our organization best qualified for the assignment, the methodology to be used and what outside resources, if any, will be required to complete the valuation in a timely fashion.
