Theo Nicholas, MAI, MRICS, joined CVA in 2023. Theo performs numerous valuation and review engagements focused on commercial real property located throughout the U.S. and around the world. These valuations are completed for a variety of intended uses, including for purposes related to accounting and financial reporting, audit support, estate planning, internal decision-making, lending support, litigation support and restructuring and recapitalization.
He has appraised a variety of property types including commercial – mixed use commercial and residential and multi-family residential, single and multi-tenant office, medical office and out-patient surgery centers; retail – big-box, convenience stores/gas stations, car-washes, daycare facilities, freestanding, grocery stores, restaurants and shopping centers; industrial – agri-business, assembly and manufacturing, chemical production, distribution, engineering and R&D labs, food processing, forging/foundries, refrigerated/cold storage, refineries, warehousing and wholesale nurseries; and undeveloped land.
