Theo Nicholas, MAI, MRICS, joined CVA in 2023. Theo performs numerous valuation and review engagements focused on commercial real property valuations located throughout the U.S. and around the world. He provides real property valuations of ownership interests and premises of value for accounting and financial reporting, restructuring and recapitalization, lending support, estate planning, litigation support, internal decision-making, and audit support.
Theo has appraised a diverse array of commercial properties, including industrial buildings, wholesale nurseries, agri-business facilities, engineering and R&D labs, retail, restaurants, offices, and vacant land.
