Brad Carlson
President
Brad joined CVA in 1998 as an analyst and worked his way up to becoming a principal shareholder in 2015. In 2021, Brad was promoted to president of CVA. Brad is responsible for the performance and management of specific financial valuation engagements both for US and international clients which cover legal entities throughout the world. Engagement experience includes equity, stock and option valuations, financial reporting valuations and intangible asset valuations.
