Rich Mills

Mr. Mills serves as a Managing Director for Worldwide Business Development. In that capacity Mr. Mills is responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships for all types of valuation engagements including, but not limited to; Fairness Opinions, Solvency Opinions and Valuation Opinions. He is also a principal shareholder and a founding partner of Corporate Valuation Advisors, Inc.

Mr. Mills served in the United States Air Force. He was assigned to the 479th Tactical Fighter Wing, a unit that was responsible for the training of F-4 fighter pilots being deployed to Vietnam. He served with the civil engineers, both construction and mechanical, from 1967 to 1971, Honorably discharged, Mr. Mills completed studies at The University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and also completed studies with a special emphasis in the valuation of Real Estate that were conducted by the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers and the Society of Real Estate Appraisers.

In addition to his experience in real property valuation, Mr. Mills, in concert with the professional staff, has worked to develop an active practice of Intellectual Property valuations. Our valuations have been used by leading lending institutions for securing collateral, as well as, major corporations requiring independent valuations for third party compliance. Names or trademarks such as; Elvis Presley, Muhammad Ali, Harry Winston Jewelers, Indian Motorcycle, Lexis/Nexis, Ocean Pacific, Pabst, Rocawear and Thompson Minwax are just a few of the names valued by Corporate Valuation Advisors and are part of our ongoing campaign to be a leader in the valuation of Intellectual Property.
