Members of our Real Property Valuation and Consulting Services Group possess some of the most highly regarded valuation credentials available in the profession. Certain members of this group have actually undertaken large scale development projects in which they have participated first hand in the design, financing and construction of the project. They have also developed successful project exit strategies. The knowledge gained in the course of these projects provides us with the “conduit of credibility” to allow us to convince our clients as to the manner in which identified real estate opportunities can be maximized and identified pitfalls avoided.
