Corporate Valuation Advisors, Inc. ("CVA") has been providing professional valuation services for more than 18 years. Prior to its inception, the founding members were employed at some of the nation's largest valuation firms. Members of our staff include ASA certified appraisers, many with more than 25 years of experience in their respective disciplines (financial valuation, intangible asset appraisal, tangible asset appraisal and property tax studies). The president of our firm, Mr. Lawrence Knauf, is an attorney who has been active in the valuation industry for more than 20 years. Our core management team is augmented with research analysts, cost analysts, property tax professionals and other valuation personnel.

A founding premise of our company has been to moderate our size and growth in order to assure that each client receives superior valuation services through the direct involvement of a shareholder. This approach enables CVA to offer its valuation services for fees which are generally less than our competitors while still maintaining a high quality product.

The continuing stream of additional valuation services requested by our clients attests to the validity of our business strategy. Our client retention rate is among the highest in the industry. Many clients of CVA have continued to utilize our services for over 15 years while also referring us to their business associates. A large portion of our engagements result from these referrals.

Included in our client base are large corporations, commercial and investment banks, buy-out, merger and acquisition concerns, private equity firms, law firms and privately-held companies.
