Klea Theoharis

Ms. Theoharis serves as valuation liaison at CVA. Ms. Theoharis’ tenure in the financial community spans over 25 years. Prior to joining CVA, she spent 15 years in the investor relations business where she represented dozens of companies in sectors across a broad spectrum, including consumer products, technology, biotech, healthcare, specialty finance, environmental services and REITs, among others. Earlier in her career she held positions at Mitchell Hutchins Asset Management, a division of PaineWebber, Wertheim Schroder and The Nasdaq Stock market. Ms. Theoharis holds a B.A. degree in Business Management from Marymount Manhattan College and a Certificate in Journalism from New York University. She has held Series 7, 63 and 65 brokerage licenses. Ms. Theoharis is Chairman of the Speakers Committee and a board member of The Executive Forum and on the local advisory committee for Women in Need.
